The Genetic Support team organizes the genetic data to allow for informed decision‑making.
Research Andrologists consistently study and develop new technologies within collection and bull management to improve male reproductive fertility.
The Transportation team transports identified elite bull calves from our PEAK Partner Herds into PEAK facilities.
The Biosecurity team monitors the health and well-being of the bull population with routine health testing to optimize animal growth and productivity.
The Sire Health Team supports health testing with proper record keeping to ensure we follow federal standards and semen export needs are met.
Each day, the Bull Housing teams care for the sires, conduct semen collections, and aid in the regular health testing.
The ejaculates are processed into individual semen straws by the Production Laboratory team while ensuring the highest fertility products possible.
Finally at Quality Control, our lab technicians evaluate the semen to ensure it meets our high standards before sending it to the sales teams to disburse on dairy farms and ranches.
Additional Supportive Roles at PEAK help ensure all departments function properly and cohesively. They are responsible for supporting several teams and performing a variety of tasks.
