Bull Housing Supervisor

#21089 – Watertown, Wis.

This position works alongside and manages our livestock specialist teams while being responsible for all phases of livestock care to maintain health and longevity of the livestock. They also provide a safe, functional, and presentable environment for all staff and livestock to thrive in. Applicants should be motivated and able to influence others in a positive way, as well as want to work in a fast-paced, team environment and possess effective communication skills.

Director of PEAK Genetics Support

#21114 – Wisconsin (Shawano preferred)

This position is built for a passionate dairy leader to lead a support team that is key to the success of the PEAK Genetics program and its clients. The individual will be a key role in providing informational support to the PEAK team and PEAK clients, by making data important to decision-making readily available in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion. This position will involve engaging frequently with leaders from the PEAK team. The ideal applicant will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the desire to learn and develop both professionally and personally.

Transportation and Maintenance Specialist

#21125 – Shawano, Wis.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for safely transporting high-valued livestock around North America. In addition, it will be required to assist with the maintenance and care of the fleet equipment. Candidates must have a CDL and be willing to spend extended time on the road when necessary.

Livestock Specialist 

#21103 – Shawano, Wis.

PEAK livestock specialists work with the highest quality bovine genetics in the industry. In addition to daily care of the bull population, livestock specialists collect semen samples and partner with the laboratory teams to process frozen semen to be distributed around the world.

Global Product Specialist 

#21044 – Madison, Wis.

This position is built for a passionate dairy leader to establish and strengthen relationships by supporting PEAK partners. This role will be instrumental in aligning PEAK Genetics’ focus and direction with partner and market demands. This will include engaging frequently with leaders from PEAK partner companies to provide program and animal information, making key decisions on which PEAK males and females are promoted and allocated, assist in identifying and creating value in PEAK Program products and promoting the PEAK Genetics program.

PEAK livestock specialists work with the highest quality bovine genetics in the industry. In addition to daily care of the bull population, livestock specialists collect semen samples and partner with the laboratory teams to process frozen semen to be distributed around the world.

 

Research Andrologist 

#21106 – Shawano or Watertown, Wis.

This position will be responsible for performing innovative research in support of the company’s goal to provide the highest-fertility genetics and products possible to its customers. The candidate will work with the team to develop protocols and procedures to ensure the company stays up-to-date with current methods and new technology.

Lab Technician

#21091 – Conrich (Full-Time)
#21092 – Conrich (Part-Time)

Work with the PEAK laboratory team! In this position, individuals will process, evaluate, extend, package, and freeze bovine semen. This individual should be willing to perform a variety of tasks, as well as work in both individual and group settings. Good communication skills and attention to detail are vital in this role.
